Gentle staff, NEWLY RENOVATED hotel with good restaurant. Impressed with the low cost breakfast. Amazing location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an ornate footbridge. Really enjoyable stay in very nice local area.

The hotel was in a super location close to the city center, main tourist area, and Antica Raffineria. I had some drinks at A la Vecia Papussa, positioned 300 metres away.

Dedicated staff and good location, this hotel is perfect. The units are airy, neat with a shower, large openable windows, spacious bathrooms. Overall cheap food, plus there is Marciano Pub close by.

We loved the location of the hotel, nestled in a quiet part of Venice away from the bustling crowds. The local bars and restaurants on the same street provided a great dining experience. The recently renovated bathroom was a pleasant surprise, exceeding our expectations. Additionally, the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable experience in Venice.

Our door was hard to open TV didnt work at all Couldnt use my hair dryer as it would blow the fuse :/

Location very close to great restaurants and bars, the next canal over, and the main areas. For shots visit A la Vecia Papussa, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Lots of options for inexpensive breakfast.

Recently stayed at a charming hotel in a vibrant neighborhood for a few days. Loved the local atmosphere with great restaurants and bars. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a nice view over the neighboring houses. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Convenient location, away from tourist crowds but still within reach of attractions. Overall great value.

I came here for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was inexpensive and had lots of options. The room was modern, and recently refurbished, with WiFi and a TV set.

Staff is very friendly and willing to give you any help that you need. Room is clean and location is good but a little bit hard to find.

Fairly clean, newly remodelled hotel with excellent and stunning location in the Cannareggio area. In the middle of the city, very convenient.
